Happy Mind, Happy Life by Dr Rangan Chatterjee

As life begins to return to feeling somewhat “normal” again after the pandemic, it has been great to start getting back out and attending live events. After reading Happy Mind, Happy Life, the latest book by Dr Rangan Chatterjee, I was delighted to see that Dr Chatterjee was going to be coming to Edinburgh as part of his book tour and I snapped up (front row) tickets for my study buddy and friend, Nicola, and me.

Happy Mind, Happy Life is Dr Chatterjee’s fifth best seller and inside it he outlines 10 simple ways to feel great every day. The book is packed full of anecdotes, advice, tips, knowledge, and exercises that will help you to lead a better life. A must read for anyone who has an interest in wellness and wellbeing. Written from the heart, this book links happiness and health perfectly and is an excellent companion to his highly successful podcast, Feel Better Live More, of which I am also a huge fan.

This is one of those books that you will find yourself referring back to long after you have finished reading it - I am now on my second read through and there is no doubt in my mind that happiness definitely is an inside Job!
