How to get the best results from your Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions.

🛋️Solution focused hypnotherapy is a wonderful, gentle therapy, and through this practice I have helped almost 100 people find solutions to their problems, cope better, formulate goals and best hopes for the future, and find themselves again.

🤔 If you are thinking of trying solution focused hypnotherapy or if you are already attending sessions, here are a few things that will help ensure you get the best results from your sessions with me or anyone else you happen to be working with.

•Set clear goals - Identify what you want to achieve. This does not have to be something that you perceive to be big, indeed, you may even think its too small to mention but believe me when I say nothing "sounds silly" in my sessions. Clarity leads to focused progress and progress is made one small step at a time.

•Stay open-minded - Embrace the process. Forget about what you may have thought about hypnotherapy in the past. If I had £1 for every time I've heard someone tell me they wished they'd "tried this first", I'd have nearly £100

• Be consistent - Attend your sessions regularly and put into practice what you learn during your time with me. You will only spend one hour per week with me, what you do with the rest of your time is up to you. Expect to have a minimum of 6-8 sessions. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Everyone is different and has a different starting point.

•Engage fully - Actively participate in your sessions, ask questions, share your experiences and progress. Take responsibility for your own role in your therapy. We work as a team. Your involvement drives results.

•Practice self-care - Support your progress with healthy habits, self compassion, and positive reinforcements outside of sessions. Be your own best friend. Talk nicely to yourself. Congratulate yourself for showing up - you are getting a lot of things right so focus on that.

• Listen to the recording! Clients who use the recording on a daily basis get better results quicker and this is a fact. The recording is given to you at the initial consultation and is an important part of your therapy.
